Do you get sad, tired, or depressed in the winter? Even to a small degree?

I do, and so do a lot of other people. Even though I enjoy the aesthetics of winter and dont mind the cold too much, I still feel worse than in summer. It's called seasonal affective disorder, its caused by the reduced exposure to light. I got this light that I sit by for an hour each day and I do feel a bit better, I recommend looking into getting one if this applies to you.
