I decided to repack and make an proper inventory of my Bug Out Bag.
Below is a list of all the items in there, and I'm looking for some advice or stuff I need to do better/differently.
I live in The Netherlands, so I can't own a gun. Biggest threat to prep for is prolonged loss of utilities, very bad weather, and flooding. The worst thing that could happen I imagine is some sort of social collapse or something along those lines.
The bag itself is a Mil-Tec US Assault pack, 50 Liters, and I've packed the different items in drawstring pouches. Weight of bag is currently just over 15 pounds
Cooking
>small pot with collapsible handle, can boil half a liter of water
>230 grams gas cartridge (it fits nicely in the pot)
>cheap gas stove that screws onto cartridge
>esbit collapsible burner with 5 fuel tabs stored inside of it
>additional 12 tabs
>can of tuna
>hobo candle/hobo stove/buddy burner (what ever the fuck you call it, empty tuna can+cardboard+wax)
>pack of matches
Misc.
>12 AA batteries
>4 AAA batteries
>Green laserpen (for signaling)
>lighter
>phone charger + cable
>ultracheap headlamp (I really need a better one)
>diffuser cone attachement for my flashlight (great for in tents and stuff)
>small LED keychainlights in white and red
>2 tubes of superglue
Food
>Some shitty instant pasta. Need to get mountain house or something because this shit needs te be added to boiling water and kept boiling for 7 minutes.
Mountain house and the like is just add water in the pouch right?
>3 Snickers bars
>8 Granola bars
>5 more esbit tabs
>matches
Meds
>5 large wound covers
>5 waterproof large wound covers
>bandaids
>20 paracetamol
>10 ibuprofen
>spaceblanket
>zippo handwarmer
>Lighter
>knockoff zippo
>contact lens fluid+container
>bunch of KFC wet wipes (shieeeet)
