>>439529Every week take a 1500m mountain for the begining without ferratas, something that will take you 3 hours to get up 2 to get down. Buy shoes!!! If weather good, start hiking to the peak. In the meantime run, and I mean every week at least a day or two inbetween going to the mountain, get your stamina, strengthen your legs, nothing is more important than being able do descend safely, shakey legs while descending is not an option unless you want to risk your life.
With time take steeper mountains with more distance to hike, 2000m, 2500m for e.g. Add in some easy level ferratas, to get used to that as well.
After that try only alpinistic ferrata trails, buy yourself an alpine set. Improve upon that by learning rock climbing techniques, etc.
