This is what you do as standard:
-Write down all the foods you eat normally.
-Look up recipes for those foods.
-List all their ingredients.
-Take all the ingredients you can grow or raise and focus on those.
-Order that list from most used to least used in the recipes you looked up.
The items on that list is what you will be growing or raising. The amounts of those items you grow/raise are dependent on how frequently you use them in all the recipes.
Then you find out what temperature zone you live in. Then you research each item on your list to see if you have a long enough growing/raising season to actually grow/raise that thing. If you can't raise an item because the season is too short, think about season extending things like greenhouses, polytunnels, raised beds, hot beds, cold frames, earth berms, whatever. Remember that different cultivars of the same plant may have drastically shorter or longer growing times.
All I can do is give you a general formula for finding out what you want to do or need to do. No one can tell you what you should be growing or doing with such little info given.
