Does anyone have any experience with solar cell phone chargers? I'm thinking about picking one up because apparently they have an eternal battery that can charge a phone 2 or 3 times without even having to use the solar panel. Is there anything else that can serve that kind of function for around 50 dollars?

I have one of those crank radios that supposed to be able to charge phones but it doesn't work at all.
