I use these boots every time I go out back. I've got chickens so they're perfect for walking around and not worrying about getting them dirty. If you walk in a muddy area though, the mud tends to stick in the ridges and stay there, so you could be tracking mud anywhere you go.
They're easy to slip on and off which is perfect for when there's a hawk outside bothering the chickens.
Lastly, like the other anon said, they're not comfortable when it's very hot or cold outside. When walking in the snow, or even just out in the cold, you can instantly feel the cold seeping in and making your toes freeze off. And during summer, I don't even use these and instead opt for flip flops because it gets so hot and sweaty and gross inside them.
Other than that, they're pretty great to have.
