what tools for outdoor would vikings have carried? not for warfare but for outdoor? i thought about this and i couldnt think of any? not the viking axes is usualy beard because hook oponents weapons and it will save metal but i dont think that pattern axe would be very good for use for wood?

i think they would have used flint and steel for fire

i saw once on /k/ some pictures of what soldiers in crusade i think carried and they had much more modern axe and still use flint and steel

what are some interesting historical outdoors tools ? also for them who are wanting to go further back and more tradtional
