Recipe:
-Cook a couple strips of bacon until about half done
-Place bacon slices, a couple lemon wedges, and some sea salt (I like sel de mer) and peppercorn inside the body cavity
-Wrap tightly in tin foil
Fry in skillet, throw on grill, or bake in oven until bacon is fully cooked.
Easy, good, and works well with a lot of fish species.
