do you like to pretend every time you go somewhere, it's some crazy high risk survival scenario? Don't you guys just go driving for fun?

hell once we had to find a guy in a snow storm who went to get something out his car and got lost in a white-out on like 50m on his way over the parking lot .
the point is,
you can always fall from you bike or slip on a wet root. you may lose/forget your map, your gear may break, or even find someone else who is in need of help.
for some people its a dream to get into a bad situation so they can have their iron "truly tested". (like mall ninjas)
for some its just a what if situation, any to minimize the any risk.
some consider it part of their hobby, look at stuff with different eyes, its an excuse to think about it.
and most importantly why do you care about something like that ?
