I want to grow spicier peppers in my garden when the seasons change. does anyone know if there is something i can add to the soil to make the plants grow spicier fruits? also, general peppers tips accepted.

Also, you can make your peppers hotter by growing them in a humid and rather warm environment. You can also use cross pollination to make new plants. See this chart for what can be crossed and how well it may or may not work. Things can get very complicated and time consuming developing a stable new cultivar.

I have heard that alkaline soils combined with restricted watering increases the heat but I doubt that. I would think a healthier plant would be hotter.
