If you really want to go down the whole military avenue just for the style of it, there are plenty of milsurp stores online in any region which store alice packs or accessories for them.
Some people also tend to swear by the Maxpedition brand, I own a few myself though I warn that the main gripes I have with these packs, is the price and the weight.
