I believe that so many men suffer from anxiety and depression in our modern age due to the simplicity and easily obtained survival that goes along with having strip malls and mcdonalds at every corner.
Men strive for a purpose. to protect their families, to keep them safe, and fed.
That type of meaningful existence is unobtainable in this easy-mode type world.
Just look at how women are thriving and men are dangerously apathetic.
