It depends. Trust this image as much as you'd trust anything else on the internet. I recommend staggered planting (something like some seeds one weekend, another group two weeks later, etc.) It's harder to fuck up like that.

The plants will continue to grow and get larger. They'll probably stretch out unless you've got a lot of light on them.

I'd do another batch or more later on, and meanwhile continue with the ones you've got. Good luck.
