>>471492There is ton of military who take Esee knives for their CQC knife. Not the 4, I known ppl who have taken the Esee 6 for their knife. Given they get the double edge one, which works perfect for stabbing, with it's design, also works amazing for slashing too. The only ppl who use knives with a double sided finger guard (Daggers), are ppl who are actually trained in knife fighting, even then they'd usually use a karambit, due to all the amazing ness the knife can do. I been doing filipino kali for twelve yrs, a lot of knife play is used in that martial art.
