howdy /out/
stopping by to ask for ideas on food variety on mid-length backpacking trips.
i am hatching a plan with a good friend of mine to hike about 170 miles, which means about 8-12 miles per day and a lot of calories burned.
any advice on fueling such an endeavor?
so far were working with a former Philmont staff member to recreate some of their meal plans.
looking for:
>relatively cheap
>very easy to cook
>as little mess/trash as possible
