Weigh in guys.
I use kukris for brush clearing, batoning, whittling and shaping wood, and I guess I could fuck up an axeman in a 1v1. I find camp axes unwieldy, heavier, less versatile, and more dangerous for certain tasks.
I've had a moderately-priced Kabar kukri for years, in 1095 steel. It's a nearly perfect tool.
What do you guys think?
