I'm looking to make a breakfast nutrient-paste.

I thought of the idea during a canoe trip on which I didn't take enough food for breakfasts/lunches (did the food shopping hungover and miscounted an entire day).

On the last day I was hungry as fuck so someone took pity on me and gave me 2 weetbix. I dumped them in my mug then made a coffee as usual on top.

It looked and felt like liquid shit but actually tasted alright. It didn't end up very hot so I sculled the whole thing.
