For reasons, let's figure out which of the three Canadian territories would be the hardest for an /out/doorsman to survive in.

My initial thoughts are that Nunavut would be the hardest since it seems to be the most barren, whereas Yukon might be the easiest since the mountains keep the overall temp warmer, with NWT being in the middle.

Nunavut anywhere away from lakes or the ocean would be literally impossible. The caribou herds are all but gone from over hunting by inuit. The Mackenzie Mountains would also be brutal, but there are mountain sheep/goats to eat. Southern NWT would be 2 E Z 4 U compared to the Tundra.

To be fair they're going through a lot of things that our Native American population went through when introduced to a more regimented society. Speaking bout the Inuit specifically, their culture will just have to learn how to handle alcohol a bit better.
