So people are going to want to break into the Rolex stores ASAP and pilfer them.
Now, this could mean that all of the rolexes are buried in coffee cans, or stuck in random places where the first guys into the stores camped.
But, there is a weight issue and there will be the realization that maybe there is never going to be a situation again where you can sell these Rolexes.
So, at this point I figure the guy with the bag filled with watches will dump all but one of them somewhere and he might not be careful about it.
Everyone is going to want one Rolex though, there will still be the perception of quality and residual status.
(I know there are plenty of higher status brands than Rolex. But Rolex has big brand presence and distribution. How many thieves will brave the one or two places in a city where they can score Pateks or something like that?)
