yarrow and tansy flowers, leaves, and stems. bitter flavor. dont confuse it with poison hemlock lol.
black and raspberry leaves. good if you have an upset stomach. if you do have an upset stomach use the roots.
chaga of course. steep on low heat for long time. for most medicinal benefits.
new growth spruce and fir tips are nice. can also be eaten for a snack.
its not entirely uncommon to come across some hops growing on old farmland. hops steeped in water are an excellent sleepytime tea.
