Can /out/ recommend a cheap backpack and rain gear? I'm going to be doing some work outside the next couple of weeks. I expect 60 degree weather and rain, with some wind. I just don't have any camping gear at the moment, since I left it all at home with my parents.

I have about $100 to spend, and will be outside from morning to night. Thanks in advance.
