The second one seems like a cheap ripoff of a well know design, but extremely heavy. I sell a tent in the same design at 880 grams in Ultralightweight edition and 990 in lightweight.
So it's maybe a good festival tent, but it propably isn't going to last. And there's no garanty that it will hold rain. They claim it's tested for 200mm rain. That is nothing! here in scandinavia we tend to catagorise everything <1500mm as non-rainproof. The reason is that a 500mm could handle a medium rain weather, if it stands still and isn't shaken, but rainy weahter tend to be windy, thus the 1500mm. 3000mm is the standard to scandinavia backcountry.
