Hey guys, does anyone know of any good places to go hiking and climbing near NJ, PA, and NY?

I live in NJ and now that summer is coming up I want to get back into climbing and hiking. I'm not really a joureyman at hiking or climbing, but I do enjoy it alot. Climbing big rocks or rock faces or walls of tree vines and stuff like that and just hiking through big forests and overlooking lakes and all that.

But I can't ever really find anywhere like that. I know of the delware water gap and I plan on going there later in the future with some friends, but just as a weekend "day trip" kind of thing, I can't find anywhere neat like that that I haven't already been too.

Any suggestions?
