i guees your german? get in touch with your local imkerverein and ask for help getting started. they are usually full of old people that are more than happy to pass down their knowledge to interested people. thats also where you get your bees.
if the high costs of euqipment puts you off, you can build your hives yourself and harvest honey by smashing the comps and letting them rinse through a sieve cloth.
All you really need is some wood, a smoker, some protective gear and a few smaller things.
I'd recommend building a top bar hive.
