A certain amount of work in return for help from the others, eg people sharing their food with you or helping you build a raised bed. If someone feels someone else has broken the terms, they can take it to "trial" where the other members have an anonymous vote, with all votes being equal and a tie resulting in a continuation of the status quo. An amendment to the contract could be made with 66% of the members voting in favour, though anyone would be free to leave at any time.
The really interesting thing to do would be to encourage them to develop a currency. Give them all 100 coins when they start and see how the market and economy develops.
