If someone feels someone else has broken the terms, they can take it to "trial" where the other members have an anonymous vote, with all votes being equal and a tie resulting in a continuation of the status quo. An amendment to the contract could be made with 66% of the members voting in favour, though anyone would be free to leave at any time.
The really interesting thing to do would be to encourage them to develop a currency. Give them all 100 coins when they start and see how the market and economy develops.
