Im looking for a bug netting i can use under my tarp. Id like it to have a floor to completely keep me away from all the little critters here in the dessert.

I have a mountainsmith lt shelter so if it can fit in there thats a pluss

It's called a "tent".

These things are called "rankinen" in Finland. Not same as tent but similar. This manufacturer has english pages and on this page there are links to shops that sell these.

I've seen them described as a "bug bivy" before now... Have a google for that.

Alternatively an inner from a tent would work I suppose.
