I guess here in MA there were an estimated 500 bears back in the 70s and now they reckon it's about 5,000. All my life I've never seen a bear but now it's like once a week. Destroying our feeders, ripped apart my neighbor's shed, and ruined two of my campouts so far.
Because of the recent activity they made bear spray easier to buy (no FID required). I'm buying some ASAP. fuck this shit. Just a couple weeks ago we have a mama and two cubs in our driveway trying to swipe a picanic basket (actually a bird feeder).
