Contrarian anglers, what do you like to fish for that nobody else does?

I love Creek Chub. There are countless numbers of them, they strike faster than a bass and they can get to be trout-sized (10-12 inches), though they are seen as a pest fish and waste of time by most other anglers.

The common carp is a 2nd choice.
