For being boring, sure. OP, there are a myriad of choices but personally Northern BC or Vancouver Island would be my picks. Pure unspoiled wilderness, sure many places claim to have that but very few do.

Lush hills and small mountains - coastal and interior BC.

Rugged ass mountains - BC/AB border (Canadian Rockies)

Plains - Southern half of AB/SK

Evergreen Forest - Northern half of BC/AB/SK

If you just want to get killed by native gangs - Manitoba

Lakes and deciduous forest - Ontario

Subarctic Tundra - Yukon / NWT

What the fuck mountains - Kluane National Park (Yukon)

Fjords and badass coastal rock - Newfoundland

Also some pretty neat scenery in central AB in the badlands area and dinosaur Provincial Park (pic related), but it gets pretty repetitive and holy shit is it hot down there in the summer.

Mt. Robson is a pretty epic hike (tallest peak in the Canadian Rockies).

North coast trail and West coast trail in BC are supposed to be amazing too, but I've never been.

Mt. Robson is not a hike, but there is a hiking trail that goes NEAR it, and that area is sweet. I went there in January and was the only person out.

West coast trail is a pretty cool adventure - no mountains, but great ocean views, and the southern 10 or 15km of trail is fairly murderous forest travel.

Sorry, that's the one I meant. I think it's called Berg Lake trail. You're not actually summiting Mt. Robson (that would be a significant mountaineering undertaking) but it's still a great hike.

honestly pretty much anywhere in Canada that isnt heavily populated is beautiful, except the prairies since its just flat farm land for hundreds of miles, though i still want to see that before i die. im from SW ontario and even there has some pretty remarkable river views and all that, Elora Gorge on the grand river is probably the best example

for sightseeing itd personally go to BC or NWT/yukon

Go to Gwaii Haanas if you're into kayaking and beachcombing. It's got some of the largest concentrations of protected old growth temperate rainforest on the BC coast, and has been my favourite place in the world to visit for years.

heres a private beach i slept on at Lions Head on the way to Tobermory(and the above pics of Indians Head Cove)

i tried to make it to reeds dump, i bicycle toured here and the trail was pretty hardcore to do with a bicycle that has 50 lbs of gear on top of it, the night before i slept on this cliff overlooking the same mountains.

i wouldnt try to sleep on the beaches of lions head during the summer though, its peak season and this place was some dudes property i think.

I always dismissed ontario as having the same nature as every other province but after reading a few threads/books I've come to the conclusion that it is probably the cheapest and easiest access for outdoor activities.

But nothing can top b.c/yukon for the variety of cool shit you can see and do in a week when it comes to outdoorsy activities. You could camp under a glacier one day, check out a ghost town the next day, visit a secluded natural hot springs, climb a mountain, see some legit crazy train/highway infrastructure(othello tunnels comes to mind) and you can be in a totally secluded section of the world within half a days drive of a major city.

Don't sleep on the Cabot Trail in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. World famous scenic highway that leads to Cape Breton Highlands national park, and some of the best hiking trails in the country (the best ones start in meat cove, although many C.B. locals will tell you to avoid it due to its reputation, all the people I've met from there have been nothing but friendly). Bring bear spray and learn what to do when you see a moose.

when i was a child on vacation with my uncles i was in newfoundland and we saw a moose on the trail(this was near gros morne btw). that fucking prick sat right on the trail for an hour looking at us until he finally walked away.
