It's been a fantasy of mine to hike somewhere for a day remote, camp and explore the next day and then head back the 3rd day.
I've decided to take the first step and hike somewhere close and camp there for one day and then head back the next. It's still remote innawoods in the middle of the Cascades in WA.
I gotta be honest, but the idea of spending the night outside by myself is a little unnerving. Any tips?
