Are there any general guidelines on how much you should at most take (in weight) when planning an extended hike?
I'm planning to go for a week into forest hike(so far only camped and walked ~10km to and from camping spot), with walking every day, and I don't want to realize couple days in that I took way more stuff than I should have.
