>>526262I am someone who usually attempts to contact the owners of the property and for the most part, they are usually thinking about repurposing it, are too busy to even think about going through the pain of demolition, or they are owned by the city, who can't be assed to do anything about abandoned sites (thankfully) but are more than happy to fuck with someone else who's doing something they don't like with the site.
Some of these pics are from Indianapolis state hospital, and there are tons of folks that have stolen metals from there, and there's also lots of police presence because of it. I spoke to a very nice officer who told me I was too white to be there after dark, but as long as I wasn't taking anything, go to town.
