the key is to rest BEFORE you get tired. try to keep your stress level balanced in the yellow zone, and pause from walking BEFORE it hits red. this can be very slow depending on how pathetic you are, but its the best exercise and way to spend your energy. never sit to relax. always stand up for a solid 20 mins before resting no matter what. and make sure you consume a lot of water
