Anything you wish you could buy, or plan to buy soon

So back from when I was in Scouts I sold popcorn and saved enough money to have 115$ in my scout account. Basically now I've got less then a month to spend it (almost 19). Anything I should cop? I'm thinking these boots for now but I have been looking into trailrunners for backpacking

Poorfag here. I need that jacket more than anything really. Tfw no lightweight, breathable waterproof for summer backpacking.

Yeah the precip look great for the price and right now thats about as much as I could save for a jacket. have a bonfire snowboarding jacket which I use in the late autumn and winter. While it's not gore-tex or eVent, it still has a 15000ml hydrostatic head, is fully seam sealed, is breathable and has a warm tricot lining. I think it weighs in at around 800g so for a winter jacket thats not to bad and its just right for the weather we get around here. Definitely too much for the summer however.

op here again. bought the mids. Loving them so far, still breaking them in obviously. I have just been wearing them around the house, for yard work, and for fishing but they're feeling great. It feels like wearing a regular ass shoe. Haven't testes the waterproof feature yet, but I've heard it is very very true. So far, I'd recommend but my next camping trip isn't for two weeks so we'll see by then. After a good bit of wear for two weeks will they be broken in?

there are very few environments you actually do need a boot in
however, you will never be in any of them

ive done the JMT with regular skater shoes and hiking all my life in them
no accidents or problems what so ever

you've never even been on a real backpacking trip

Got about a month before I hit the 150-day mark of giving up video games. I made a deal with myself that if I went that long without games I could get a new bow or crossbow in the $1000 +/- realm. My original intent was to get a TenPoint Stealth, but I'm gonna go with a bow. Getting a bow that's better than my Diamond Core for that money (bare bow and will put the better accessories I picked up over the past couple of years) will be a better investment than going from my Wicked Ridge Warrior to a TenPoint. The Stealth's size and width is more convenient than my Warrior, but there really wouldn't be much of an improvement other than convenience.

A better bow, on the other hand, with a more limited range in limb weight will have several benefits. I'm looking at the Mathews No-Cam at the moment.
