As of recently I've been targeted by an individual, police have been notified and I've been told to do everything in my power to retreat or protect myself.
So the question is can I carry my only firearm (10/22) in a non-conspicuous fishing rod bag (unloaded) in places like county parks (sanjose, santaclara, sanbenito. etc) while fishing
I'm often /out/ & ab/out/ in places with no people and no cell signal, and its impossible to get a CCW for a pistol here.
