Also going out is expensive in every sense. if you don't got a job doing /out/ stuff then it truly isn't "Free" every weekday/weekend you spend out. is less money you "COULD" be making there for costing you. also /out/door stuff cost money also. going to state parks that you have to pay a daily fee, or you get a yearly pass for your state. shooting requires you to either drive really far, or pay range fee's. both cost money in gas.
