Need help on tent choice

I'm taking my gf hiking, I usually solo so I have 1 man tent. Need tent to use with her. Looking at the vango banshee. I'm big, she is small. Do I for the 300 or the 200?

Pic is my bush set up.

I think the 200 would be fine. It's actually really cheap right now on amazon so probably worth picking up.

I don't know... The 200 seems pretty cramped for two right? Like even in the spec sheet it has the mummy bags only fitting in head to toe.

Personally I'm looking at the 300 for my gf, me, and a mid size dog

I have the 2015 Vango Zenith 200, which isnt too dissimilar to the banshee. 2 people in there, with gear AND a dog would be a nightmare, if not an impossibility.

Get the 300.

I also own an older version of this. It is heavier, though if you split the tent between two of you to carry it, then it wouldn't be a problem. Mostly I use this one for festivals and site camping rather than backpacking. That huge porch sure is awesome for stashing your gear, which would leave more room for your dog.

OP here. Thanks for the advice guys. I'll go for the 300.

The rucksack is a Norwegian 'Telemark' that has been modified. It's been waxed and I've made the shoulder straps better/replaced them. Will take some pics.

It's not as comfy with the standard straps tbh, it's always a good idea to modify the straps like OP did and don't overload it, and I see he added hip padding.
I wore it in the military during a march with a lot of weight, it raped my shoulders.
