So is there any "cheaper" alternatives to a hilleberg soulo?

I like the x2 layering and the ability for the outer layer to come completely off and have a large open mesh like inner layer. I live in the south, it gets very hot and lots of mosquitoes. but it can also throw around some nasty weather at a moments notice. hence why I need a strong tent for those 30 minute thunder storms. or sometimes those all day thunderstorms. where wind gust can easily get up to 40mph. so is there anything like this particular tent for a cheaper price point? Or is it just best to keep saving money and one day just buy one?
