As an oceanographer, I just want to forewarn you that the antarctic circumpolar currents are not to be played with. Since there is no land mass, the ocean and atmosphere are privy to do whatever the fuck they want, when they want, and without warning. The thatch can essentially be the entire circumpolar region and with that, wave magnitude can be limitless. So you can be humming along with no weather in sight, and catch yourself in rapidly rising seas out of no where. Perfectly sunny, and 30ft seas...lmao.
I would first do a West Coast to Hawaii trip first, then a North Atlantic crossing, then if I had the bugs worked out, I would attempt a trip to Antarctica. Also, I would have enough spare parts to rebuild my vessel x3 over and a fuck ton of safety equipment to keep from going hypothermia whether from water exposure or atmospheric exposure.
