I bought a 2 pack, in case one breaks. They aren't terribly strong, but are durable enough for the price. Stronger than your average plasticware. They are somewhat felixble, and have a small knife edge built it.
My only real complaint is that the last time I ate some mtn house lasagna, the cheese stuck to the fork end, and made it hard to clean.
