Sorry if this is the wrong board, I couldn't think of a more accurate board though.
I'm a lifeguard at the city pool and I'm attempting to put together a first aid kit I can carry in my pocket while guarding.
The entire thing needs to be able to fit in one pocket in a single pocket, my rescue mask is in the other, so that doesn't need to be included.
Basically it needs to be centered around immediate injuries that relate to drowning, staying out in the sun for too long, and falling, either on dry concrete or hard falls from diving off the shallow end.
Also general first aid kit thread.
