Pros: replaceable bypass wire cutters, serrated knife useful for cutting rope, corrosion resistant, sturdy phillips bit, awl is useful, all tools lock open.
Cons: no scissors or replacement bits, not spring assist pliers, and must open tool completely to access knife.
Also: mini tape measure, maglite, mini gerber knife that fits inside leaterman pouch.
