im fairly excited. this is the cheapest wearable bag on the market.

while it's a bit heavy as a bag alone, it's lighter to carry the bag and leave the insulating jacket at home. so I can cut an entire item from my pack, while still staying comfortable around camp at night.

well that's understandable. people who participate in those threads usually would not bat an eyelash spending $300 dollars to shed 2 ounces from their pack. Ultra light hikers are not urban outfitter's target demographic though, and I can't imagine that chain of hipster enabling stores is investing in the highest quality super-ultra-light materials.
