if you actually meant it for seals, no buddy. seals recruit from the navy, anyone can try, almost none make it unless they are the navy infantry guys the ship boarders. i don't know what they are called, i was never navy.
grunts don't make a hole and pee in it for 3 days. that is only sniper or commando shit.
i was a grunt once. i retired a sapper. airborne, air assault, pathfinder. i knew enough bad motherfuckers to know i didn't want to be one.
