Hey /out/ I need some help finding a bit of land for me and some friends to live on. We all currently work for different construction companies and wanted to get 10-15 acres to fuck around on. I've looked on landwatch and can't seem to find what I'm looking for, so if some one can toss out some names of towns/ counties that
>are in a dense-ish temperate forest
>get decent rain fall and possibly some snow
>have preferably cheap prices
And
>are in southern Utah, Nevada, or northern Arizona
that'd be great.
