Let's have a lean to thread. I'm particularly interested in everyone's method for flooring. I've always had a pine straw floor with an elevated wooden sleeping area, but I'm wanting to try something more advanced.

I like to make mine in a bracket shape, with the sides folded in. Keep the "door" 2-3ft wide, just wide enough to get in without knocking the whole thing over. Line the roof with a space blanket and cover the floor in pine boughs, and you've got a cozy shelter without needing a fire. Spent many a cold Northern Minnesota night in them as a boy scout.

as I said before, it's a relevant photo from google.

also, this is probably the furthest thing from glamping. It's a 100% natural, practical and effective camping/survival setup. Go outside.

Hillbilly glamping. Y all make fun of us in town but out in the boonies we live like kings. Nice set up the walls r nice looking n serve a purpose. A big ole rock would do the same then you could use those walls as firewood.
