I too like dandelion. Sow thistle (called puha by Maori), fat hen, nettle, nasturtium, blackberry, elderberry, three-cornered leek, native berries, field mushrooms, puffballs, rosehips, apples, walnuts.
I'd like try leaching the tannin from some local acorns sometime.
