>>553310Do YOU even know what a dog is? If you incapacitate their muzzle, they literally cannot harm you. If you wrap your hands around their neck and push them away, they cannot harm you. Seriously, if you have common sense and know how to dominate the force multiplier of any attacker (Dogs it's teeth, 'roo is legs), then you can defeat them.
Dogs only have the one point of attack. Roos are harder because they can grab you and kick you, but that's still only two.
The reason we can't beat bears and lions and shit is because they can fuck you up with each paw individually, as well as their teeth, and are twice the weight of a human.
You're right, and humans don't fight the way other kangaroos do, so it's an equal playing field in that respect.
If you're an "alpha fighter human" or whatever, you'll be able to see the visible signs that a kangaroo is about to kick you. They clearly put all their weight back onto their tail, then all you have to do is coax them into kicking when they can't possibly reach you by feinting attacks, and then rush them. When you're close enough, kicking becomes impossible, and if you get your center of gravity low enough you can drop them. Then it's just groundwork.
It can be done, and for someone in their fighting prime, it wouldn't be too difficult.
Just because your Maori friend doesn't want to try it, doesn't mean he couldn't do it.
