Any Dutchies that go /out/ ?

What is the best place in the Netherlands to hike and do some illegal camping (wildkamperen) without running into other people? Is it even possible? As we are such a small, crowded city and every little bit of park is restricted to walk outside of the paths.

Anyone with experience or advice?

I just wish I lived in the USA sometimes where you have forrests for miles without seeing other people and you are free to make fire and camp wherever you feel like it.
