The bigger one is a Nitecore EA1, runs on a AA. Again great runtime, but has multi modes, and even a little 'red' led for when you don't want to balls up your night sight. It chucks a beam around 100m, and once you get into the settings you can have it in a low output mode which will do you 80 hours ( never run it that long myself, but I've certainly had 48+ out of it on constantly.... Again IPX8 rated
It's $10 more than the Fenix E05, and your $20 spend limit, but well worth the money.
